I'm posting again as a test because my first post didn't post which makes me wonder if there is a time-frame when each post will post or maybe there is an approval required from you before a post posts.

I'm not sure if I'm suppost to post or if posting twice is apropost for this website. If not, I'll send you a letter via the Post Office.

I thought I'd post here so we'd all have a post on the same page. Also, Andy... do you have any idea how Kate and I met each other? And you and I? I'm guessing it was a film class, but for the life of me I don't remember which one. I'll ask the Universe and see what answer I get.

I can type, I don't know that I can write. The food was really good as long as you stuck with Indian or Asian. The western fodder was spotty at best. There was a huge assortment of "Veg" meals, but the "non-Veg" was limited somewhat to fish, lobster/prawn or chicken. Not that that was bad. The seafood was pretty good and the chicken was either prepared in a dish or "grilled/fried" with a sauce. Everything had pretty good spice to it, but the standard Indian "heat", not HOT Mexican "heat". I didn't care much for the desserts, however. I was raised on really traditional Western deserts and you just didn't find the like there. Indian icecream really is different (almost, but not really like a sherbet) and is frequently served with bits of cold pasta. Obviously, I was not there to get a really good sampling, but I calls 'em as I sees 'em.
